The entire personnel management process in one place
For every company, human resource management is an essential cornerstone, because employees are one of the most valuable resources. We have developed the Excellent portal, which significantly facilitates various personnel management processes – it automates the processing of requests and documents, as well as provides employees with information about the calculated salary, planned work shifts and absences in a convenient way.
Information about employees is visible to the manager
On the portal, every manager has easy access to detailed information about each employee, prepared and concluded employment contracts, as well as the possibility to print personalized contracts directly from the portal, automatically inserting the employee’s information. Also available is a transparent list of tasks with documents that the manager needs to approve.
Absence plans
Every employee can apply for annual leave, parental leave or other planned absence. After the approval of the management, the employee simply creates the necessary documentation for record keeping on the portal. A manager can easily review their department’s planned absences to plan staff shifts.
Shift planning
The portal has transparent shift schedules divided by departments or positions to automatically create time tables and salary calculations based on the number of hours worked. In addition, the schedule also takes into account holiday and night hour rates, as well as absences.
For the employee - an overview of the salary, work schedule and the possibility to apply for vacation
Each employee can receive information on the salary calculation, the concluded employment contract, as well as apply for vacation and view the current work schedule on the portal. It is possible to connect to the portal from a computer or smart device at any time.
